My interest in Reiki (energy healing) began due to my own battles with depression, anxiety and chronic migraines. I've worked in education over 20 years. I was beginning to feel overwhelmed and out of balance. I was looking for alternative ways to improve my health and well-being. I was tired of various medications masking the issues. Over time with Reiki, I was able to see improvement. I'm still under physician’s care; however, my need for medications have lowered or stopped. I've found balance within myself and new ways to handle the stresses in my life.

I specialize in working with people who wish to utilize Reiki (energy healing) for depression and anxiety, as well as general wellness and stress reduction. My goal is to help people move towards balance and healing in their lives. Reiki (energy healing) offers this with a simple relaxation technique, which in turn activates the body’s natural healing response.

My motto is: “The gift of healing begins with you”. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of energy and healing ourselves through intention.
